PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are intended for only one person with a teacher in a quiet and studious atmosphere. You can ask any questions and furthermore, you can indicate precisely what you want to study (general Spanish, business Spanish, DELE, Spanish for Specific Purposes…). Also you can change your lesson schedule to suit your own personal schedule.

• Payment should be made before the lessons begin (payment by cash or bank transfer).
• If you choose to continue we will arrange your next course of lessons at the time of your final lesson.

[Cancellation Policy for Private Lesson]

Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your class, so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you. If you contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson, we can offer you a make-up lesson within your contract period. Should your lesson be scheduled for a Monday, please contact us no later than 6pm on the preceding Saturday. If the preceding day falls on a public holiday, please contact no later than 6pm before the public holiday. If a cancellation notice is received later than this, the full lesson charge will be levied.

SKYPE LESSONS

Lessons on Skype are for one person with a teacher. You can tell the teacher what you want to study:

Free discussion： On all subjects of interest, dialogues for everyday situations (buying bread at the bakery, conversations at breakfast, ordering at the restaurant …)

Discussion of an article： The article is sent to you by e-mail so you can read it before the lesson, and you discuss its content with the teacher.

Practice of oral and grammar： Deepen your grammatical knowledge and put into practice the training received through discussion. You will decide on the grammatical point to study.

Written expression： You express your opinion (max 250 words) on an article that has been sent to you by the school.

Preparation for DELE： After assessing your level of Spanish, we set your objectives together and we propose a study plan in order to pass the exam.

• Please note that the payment for Skype lesson is made by bank transfer.

[Cancellation Policy for Skype lessons]

You must agree with the teacher the schedule of the lesson and your goals. We require at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel a lesson. Please note that Hop-là school has a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy for SKYPE lessons. If you are unable to attend your SKYPE lesson as scheduled, you can change your lesson by contacting the school (email). If a cancellation notice is received later than this, the full lesson charge will be levied.

Remarks：

Payment and Cancellation Policy：

Students will not be charged if cancellations are made 24 hours before the scheduled class or lesson. A lesson cancelled after this period, will be charged as a normal lesson. Money paid can’t be refunded under any circumstances.
